MDS coaches use identification sessions as the primary entry point into the MDS Premier program. Players who demonstrate the technical quality, mental application, and coachability required are invited to join MDS Premier — a structured seasonal program running Fall, Winter and Spring across New Jersey.
The process is straightforward: register, show up, train hard, and let the coaches assess. There is no pressure, no politics, and no bias based on club affiliation. Every player is evaluated on what they show on the day.
What Players Will Experience
The MDS ID session is a 90-minute high-tempo training environment. Players will move through a structured progression designed to reveal technical quality, decision-making, and competitive character.
