MDS Academy is one of New Jersey's leading youth soccer development academies. Operating across Bergen County and Monmouth County, MDS provides structured, professional coaching for players of all ages and ability levels — from first-time beginners to elite competitive athletes. Our academy is built around individual player development, not team results.
What We Do
What a real soccer academy does for your player
Most youth players spend 80% of their training time in team sessions focused on tactics and formations. Individual technical ability — the part that determines a player's ceiling — rarely gets dedicated time. MDS Academy fills that gap.
Individual technical training
Ball mastery, first touch, finishing, 1v1, passing — the fundamentals every player needs regardless of position or level.
SAQ & athletic development
Every session includes 30 minutes of speed, agility, and quickness training. Players get faster, sharper, and more explosive.
Small groups with real coaching
Groups are intentionally small and split by age and ability so coaches can give individual feedback every session.
Club-neutral
Players from any club or team are welcome. MDS is a development resource — not a competitor to your existing program.
Year-round programming
Multiple seasonal blocks run Fall, Winter, and Spring so players can train consistently without gaps.
Clear development pathway
From Mini Dragons at U5 through Premier-level ID selection at U14, every MDS player has a next step in their journey.

Total Training

Six-week individual technical and SAQ sessions on weeknights. The most popular MDS program for players across all of NJ.
MDS Premier (by invitation)
Ages U9–U14 · Bergen County
Elite seasonal program for players selected through the ID Clinic. The highest level of MDS development training in New Jersey.
Free Premier ID Clinic
Ages U9–U14 · New Milford, NJ · Free
The entry point for elite MDS training. A free identification session where coaches evaluate and select players for Premier.
Mini Dragons
U5–U6 · Bergen County · $99/8 weeks
An introduction to soccer for the youngest players. Age-appropriate, fun, and structured — the perfect starting point.
Residential Soccer Camp
Ages 10–16 · Georgian Court University, Lakewood NJ
Five days of elite immersive training on a university campus. One of the most intensive youth soccer experiences in NJ.
