MDS Pulse is a private team management app for youth soccer clubs operated by Major Development Soccer Academy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use MDS Pulse at mdssoccer.app. By using MDS Pulse, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

• Name, email address, and phone number
• Player information (name, date of birth, position, jersey number)
• Emergency contact information
• Medical notes (optional, provided by guardians)
• App usage data (messages, RSVPs, event attendance)

• To manage team rosters and schedules
• To send event reminders and team communications
• To track attendance and availability
• We never sell your data to third parties
• We never use your data for advertising

• Data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL)
• All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS
• Access is restricted to club administrators and authorized staff only

• MDS Pulse is used by youth sports clubs
• We collect player information only with guardian consent
• Guardians control their player's profile data
• We comply with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) guidelines

• You may request deletion of your account and data at any time
