Boys and girls from U8/U9 through U14/high school. Each age group has its own one-hour slot between 1 PM and 5 PM, the same on Saturdays and Sundays.

Can my child join if they already play for a club team?

Yes. MDS Futsal is club-neutral and designed to complement club soccer. Players from every club, travel team and rec league are welcome.

What should players bring to futsal training?

Flat-soled indoor or futsal shoes (no cleats on the court), shin guards and a water bottle.

Eight weeks of winter futsal in Bergen County, built to sharpen your player's touch and decision-making. Players learn futsal-specific techniques: ball mastery, receiving and passing, finishing, possession, movement and rotations. The hard court and weighted ball give them more touches per minute than any other format.
