Missed the clinic? MDS Total Training is the best next step for players seeking elite youth soccer training in Bergen County, NJ this spring.
What's Next
Our free soccer ID clinic in Bergen County, NJ has now finished — and we were blown away by the response. Over 160 players came through the door. Thank you to every family who came out.
For players still looking to develop this spring, MDS Total Training is running now across New Milford and Waldwick. It's a weekly technical program built to work alongside any existing club commitment — club-neutral, focused on individual development, and run by the same professional MDS coaching staff. Open to players from Ridgewood, Westwood, New Milford, and all across Bergen County, New Jersey.
Why Total Training
Works alongside your current team
Club-neutral. Players from any club are welcome — no need to leave your existing program.
High-level technical training
First touch, ball mastery, passing, finishing, awareness, and 1v1 ability — every session.
SAQ included
Every session includes 30 minutes of speed, agility, and quickness work on top of 1 hour of technical training.
Small groups, real coaching
Players are grouped by age and ability so every player gets genuine coaching time and maximum reps.
Serious environment, positive culture
High standards without the politics. A place where players who want extra work can just train.
Starts this spring
Block 1 starts the week of March 16. Block 2 starts May 4. Six weeks each.
