MDS Academy runs programs for players from U5 all the way through U18. Our most popular development sessions target players aged U8–U16. Whether your child is just starting out or already playing competitive travel soccer, there is a program designed for them.

MDS Academy training sessions in Bergen County take place at New Milford High School and the Superdome in Waldwick. These locations are easily accessible from Ridgewood, Westwood, Paramus, Hackensack, Teaneck, Fort Lee, Ramsey, and across northern Bergen County NJ.

Do players need prior experience to join?

No. Some MDS programs are designed specifically for beginners — including our Mini Dragons program for U5 and U6 players. Other programs like Total Training and MDS Premier are better suited for players with some soccer background.

How do players register for training?

Youth Soccer Training in Bergen County

MDS Academy provides professional soccer training for youth players across Bergen County, NJ. Our sessions are built around technical development, game intelligence, and building real confidence on the ball — delivered by licensed coaches who understand what it takes to develop players properly. Whether your child plays recreational or competitive soccer, MDS gives them the individual development that team training alone can't provide.

Total Training

Six-week technical and SAQ sessions for players aged 7–18 in Waldwick and New Milford. Club-neutral. Runs Fall, Winter and Spring. Designed to sharpen individual skills between team seasons.

MDS Premier ID Clinic

A free identification session for competitive players U9–U14. Coaches evaluate technical ability, tactical awareness and competitive mindset. Selected players are invited into the MDS Premier program.

Player Development Sessions
