Refund and cancellation policy

Deposit: Non-refundable
More than 60 days before camp: Refund of the amount paid, minus the deposit
59 to 30 days before camp: Refund of 50% of the fee, minus the deposit
Less than 30 days before camp: No refund*

*Credit may be considered for withdrawal due to illness or injury less than 60 days before camp. Medical proof is required, and the credit is less the deposit.
